Use the search function at the top of the home dashboard in the online portal, start typing keywords relating to your issue, and a range of solutions will appear.
Of course, our expert helpdesk team are still on the end of the phone if you still can’t find the answer, but hopefully, many of the common queries are available to you, resolving your issue in less time than it takes to log a support query.
