David Singh
General Manager
David Singh is the General Manager of Touchstone FMS Ltd and Co-Chairman of the SunSystems Product Advisory Board.
Having worked in the ERP/FMS software sector for the last 35+ years, David has a wealth of skills and experience when it comes to business systems, and is also a qualified accountant.
With several senior management and directorial positions under his belt including operations, project delivery, supports, sales, and marketing, he describes himself as a “bit of an all-rounder” and a huge fan of SunSystems.
Sarah Davis
Head of Professional Services
Sarah is an accomplished IT professional with expertise in designing and implementing finance, asset management and procurement systems. With a diverse portfolio, she has successfully led and delivered many projects for energy companies, premier league football clubs, not-for-profit organisations, and large financial institutions globally.
As Head of Professional Services, Sarah ensures the seamless integration of consultancy services and project management, solidifying Touchstone FMS Ltd reputation for industry-specific knowledge and excellence in Infor SunSystems, Hexagon, TimeXtender and Sysynkt implementations.
Steve Smith
Head of Technical Services
With a natural understanding of the technical infrastructure on which Infor sits, Steve transitioned into a technical support role when he joined Touchstone FMS in August 2006.
Progressing further, he now oversees our technical service delivery and ensures a best practice methodology is utilised throughout implementation.
Rory Forbes
Head of Client Services
Rory leads a highly experienced and talented team to ensures exceptional support for clients throughout their SunSystems journey.
A 40-year veteran in the accounting software ecosystem, Rory is renowned for his roles at Systems Union, Infor, and Compleat. With his wealth of expertise, he collaborates with the Heads of practice to enhance Touchstone's position as the top Infor SunSystems partner.
John Chapman
Programme Director
A BSc (Hons) degree in Computing Science, Prince2 Trained, Microsoft Certified in the SureStep Methodology and published author of ‘Project and Programme Accounting, a practical guide for Professional Service Organisations and IT’, John Chapman is an experienced Programme and Project Director.
Having led Programmes of business change, implemented Financial Accounting and Enterprise Solutions, Spend Control Systems and Document Management solutions, John has extensive knowledge of UK and International Project Implementations and understands the unique challenges culturally diverse organisations face.
