Our helpdesk portal has a new feel and look! The improvements mean customers can navigate around the site more easily, raise tickets and find the information they need.
In addition to the new easy-to-use portal, we have also introduced the Freshchat platform, allowing customers to interact with our support helpdesk team without having to raise a ticket or pick up the phone. Simple queries can be answered quickly and easily, and escalated to a support ticket at the push of a button when necessary.
‘How to’ videos
Our support team is also putting together some bite size ‘How to’ videos on various recurring topics, to help you find quicker the solution to your query. These tutorials links are available via the Solutions area on the portal’s homepage.
