Touchstone FMS Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Rory Forbes as Head of Customer Services.  

 

Following on from their stellar summer signings, Touchstone is delighted that Rory has decided to join their highly experienced SunSystems Services & Support team.  

A 40-year veteran of the accounting software ecosystem and with previous senior positions at Systems Union and then Infor, including Product Director at Infor SunSystems, Rory’s wealth of knowledge will ensure that Touchstone continues to support its customers through their SunSystems journey and beyond.  

Thanks to his expertise as well as various roles within the SunSystems global channel management team, Rory is well known to the Touchstone FMS team and across the business partner community.  

Rory Forbes, Head of Customer Services at Touchstone FMS, said of his appointment: 

“Having worked with David Singh, Keith, and David Birch, and many of the Services & Support team, such as Sue Haggett in the Customer Success team, over my 40-year career I am delighted to be once again working alongside them as Head of Customer Services at Touchstone FMS. I have big shoes to fill, and so my goal is to build upon the already great work that the Customer Services team are doing at Touchstone – offering our customers a helping hand and ensuring that they are getting the best, and most, out of their software investment.”

The appointment of Rory comes after Touchstone welcomed Sujit, who will work remotely from Mumbai, to the Helpdesk team, enabling Touchstone FMS to provide out-of-hours support to its customers.
