Leadership Team
David Singh
General Manager
David Singh is the General Manager of Touchstone FMS Ltd and Co-Chairman of the SunSystems Product Advisory Board. Having worked in the ERP/FMS software sector for the last 35+ years, David has a wealth of skills and experience when it comes to business systems and is also a qualified accountant.
With several senior management and directorial positions under his belt including operations, project delivery, supports, sales, and marketing, he describes himself as a “bit of an all-rounder” and a huge fan of SunSystems.
Sarah Davis
Head of Professional Services
Sarah is an accomplished IT professional with expertise in designing and implementing finance, asset management and procurement systems. With a diverse portfolio, she has successfully led and delivered many projects for energy companies, premier league football clubs, not-for-profit organisations, and large financial institutions globally.
As Head of Professional Services, Sarah ensures the seamless integration of consultancy services and project management, solidifying Touchstone FMS Ltd reputation for industry-specific knowledge and excellence in Infor SunSystems, Hexagon, TimeXtender and, Proactis implementations.
Steve Smith
Head of Technical Services
With a natural understanding of the technical infrastructure on which Infor sits, Steve transitioned into a technical support role when he joined Touchstone FMS in August 2006.
Progressing further, he now oversees our technical service delivery and ensures a best practice methodology is utilised throughout implementation.
Marion Brady
Support & Helpdesk Manager
With over 30 years of experience working with SunSystems, Marion brings deep product expertise and a passion for client advocacy to the leadership team.
Having held roles across support, training, and consultancy, Marion now heads up Client Services at Touchstone, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that every client reaction reflects the team’s commitment to excellence, responsiveness, and long-term value.
Richard Ray
Head of Products & Solutions
Richard has over 20 years of experience in the support, design, implementation and installation of business systems having entered the SunSystems world in 2004 at Systems Union/Infor.
After 10 years "client side" in a senior management position, and latterly in contract roles, Richard returns to Touchstone as Head of Products & Solutions with a focus on driving innovation and developing solutions for our growing client base.
Lily Swain
Marketing Manager
With over a decade of marketing experience, Lily has been driving the strategic direction and operational execution of marketing initiatives across Touchstone FMS Limited’s three brands: TouchstoneFMS, TouchstoneEnergy, and TouchstoneBI since 2021.
She leads both the Marketing and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams, driving partner marketing collaborations, events, digital engagement, and web presence. Her focus is on maximising the value clients derive from their software solutions alongside identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

Sue Haggett
Deputy Support & Helpdesk Manager
Sue has worked within the SunSystems world for over 30 years, including as a 3rd line support consultant at Infor (formerly Systems Union) before joining Touchstone in May 2019.
As Deputy Support & Helpdesk Manager, she’s a go-to for complex issues and product integration, supporting both clients and team members with her deep product knowledge. Passionate about continuous learning, Sue is also part of the onboarding process, ensuring clients are equipped with the right tools and training throughout their upgrade journey.
Paula Kirby
Client Success Manager - Managed Services
Joining Touchstone in 2006, Paula has over 30 years of experience with Infor SunSystems. With a background in systems administration and over a decade leading the Helpdesk Team, she’s known for her precision, deep client relationships, and seamless project-to-support transitions.
Now as Client Success Manager for Managed Services, Paula ensures clients receive proactive, high-value support—expanding offerings like system administration and patching to drive long-term success and satisfaction.
Cate Karimi
Project Office Manager
With over 25 years in the SunSystems ecosystem, beginning as a user and systems administrator, Cate brings deep-rooted expertise to her role as Project Office Manager at Touchstone. Cate’s broad experience and commitment to quality also extend to her role as Internal Systems Manager and Group ISO Auditor.
Known for her structured approach and cross-functional insight, Cate ensures projects run smoothly and standards remain consistently high.
