Welcome Break, one of the UK’s leading motorway service area operators, has taken a significant step forward in its digital transformation journey, enhancing efficiency, increasing flexibility, and creating a scalable foundation for future growth.
Building on the recently renewed strategic partnership between TouchstoneFMS and Proactis, this successful implementation at Welcome Break demonstrates the strength of combining Infor SunSystems Cloud with Proactis’ market-leading procure-to-pay technology. Through native integration, organisations benefit from a unified, end-to-end platform that connects procurement directly to core financial systems, delivering real-time data flow, process automation, and actionable insights. This collaboration ensures finance and procurement teams can take full control of spend across the purchasing lifecycle, driving efficiency, visibility, and smarter decision-making.
The project, delivered in close collaboration between Welcome Break’s Finance and IT teams, TouchstoneFMS, Infor, and Proactis, achieved:
- Smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations
- Full engagement and adoption across finance users
- Complete migration of data with secure archiving
- Implementation of a new Chart of Accounts and reference data, providing enhanced flexibility for future expansion
