Over the past 9 months, we have conducted a customer satisfaction survey to gauge how our customers feel about our Support and Services teams. We’d like to thank all our customers that participated not only did they give us valuable feedback but also helped our adopted charity NSPCC, we donated £2 for every survey that was completed.

At Touchstone we strive to build strong long term and beneficial relationships with our clients. We listen to and solve their challenges daily, but sometimes it is good to step back and make sure we’ve got it right.

Recommending Touchstone

Our projects range from simple financial system upgrades to large digital transformations involving multi-site Infor SunSystems implementations. Some of our most complex projects involve bringing together a multi-disciplined team and delivering hundreds of hours of consultancy work.

Because no two projects are the same, understanding the overall satisfaction of our clients is a key priority. Our survey shows that 9 out of 10 of our customers would recommend Touchstone FMS.

A reactive and knowledgeable support team

According to the results of our survey, our clients value us for the responsiveness and knowledge of our Services team. 96% of the respondents found our staff knowledgeable or very knowledgeable and 94% rated our service responsive or very responsive.

With over 1,600 Infor SunSystems implementations and 900 year’s collective experience, our Support & Services team is the largest and most experienced in the UK. We are proud of their dedication and track record when it comes to resolving issues quickly and efficiently for our customers.

Understanding client needs and adding value

Key to delivering a successful implementation is understanding a client’s business needs and importantly adding value. The survey revealed that 97% of our clients felt our consultants understood their business needs and 93% felt they added value. This is because many of our consultants and support staff are finance professionals by background and connect with our customers to come up with innovative solutions to suit each organisation.

Public training of the highest standard

Touchstone regularly runs instructor-led public training courses on Infor Q&A, SunSystems Administration and Proactis for both new and experienced users. Our 30+ sessions since the beginning of the year had a 100% satisfaction rate!
