Sue joined us in May 2019 having spent 14 years at another SunSystems reseller and 10 years before that at Infor/Systems Union as a senior support specialist and support account handler.
Sue brings a wealth of knowledge around the core product and the integration toolsets and helps support the team with the more complex issues.
She is also part of the product on-boarding process to ensure our clients have access to all relevant training guides through the upgrade process.
